That's a business that's hard to find anymore - a watch repair shop. So many places won't even sell you a battery and change it unless you bought the watch from them originally!
That is certainly an unusual color for a store front.
Well, being from Florida, I kinda like this...that's a Florida color! And it certainly is an attention-getter!

Looks so bright and cheerful... and people will definitely remember it, so it's a good marketing ploy!
