My wife and I were just recently talking about the days of clothes lines. I grew up in North Dakota and during the winter my mom hung the clothes in a room just off the kitchen. But it wasn't heated and the sheets used to be stiff when she'd bring them in the house to iron them. Tough times before clothes dryers.
Your title made me smile. ;)

ReplyDeleteIs that an outhouse
ReplyDeleteI like this photo. Is that an old outhouse by chance?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great scene!

ReplyDeleteHow did I miss so many of your posts these last few days!!? This terrain looks just a wee bit desolate today.
