Pin Wheels

Last week the lawn at the City Hall in Prescott Valley was sparkling with 2700 pin wheels spinning in the wind for child abuse prevention month.

  2. An unusual way to call attention to a national disgrace. Unfathomable. The language I would use to describe the practice and the people who engage in it could not be printed here.
