Does the trail go near there? Interesting!
There are lots of bat caves in Texas. I've never felt compelled to visit them! I'm perfectly content to look at pretty pictures like these.
First, I love the photos! Secondly, I'd be tempted to look inside - well, maybe a little ways inside. There might be other critters living there, too. That would drive me batty!
That looks big enough for bears to me. Beware of the bear!
Amazing shots. I expect getting around to the other rim would qualify as a two hundred mile drive.
That would be fun to see close up.

I once rented a casa in Mazatlán near a bat cave. Evenings were not very pleasant nor relaxing!
Oh my goodness. I wonder if bats do live in there? Or Batman, maybe?
