    i am not sure I get it. I suppose if someone wearing this hat were to tell someone that their shoes are untied, the response would be "So is your hat."

    I adore hats, especially this one although I would not be brave enough to wear one Good for parade attire!

    Can't decide if it's a man's or woman's hat...guess it wouldn't matter. There's something just a little bawdy about it. :)
