Store Front
It looks as if only a small portion of the big building in Jerome is being used. Most of those windows on the upper floors are boarded up. It would be great to see this old place all fixed up.
Why don't we open a restaurant on the third floor, an art gallery on the second, and maybe convert the second floor into two snazzy apartments for some creative persons! Good idea?
I think it's off to a good start...the first floor is very attractive with great colors! I don't know if a lot of people live in Jerome of if there's much to do there, but the top floors look ready-made for expensive condos!

ReplyDeletea hotel or apartments or condos would seem to be the best reuse of the higher floors. I don't think there is demand for offices in Jerome.
ReplyDeleteIt has all kinds of potential.
ReplyDeleteI doubt I'd want a condo in Jerome if all I had to pay was the maintanance fee.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking building.
ReplyDeleteI could live up there.
ReplyDeleteThe ground floor is attractive and inviting. There's no where else to go but up!
