Hot Rod

I like this sign for "Cruisers Cafe 66".     We have eaten here before and found it to be a fun place with good food and friendly service. The barbecue grill is out front and if the music and red hot rod doesn't draw you in, the aroma will.

    The sign says "Steaks & BBQ>" I would be inclined to have a burger, maybe BBQ, but not a steak at a little drive-in type of place.

    "Hot rod" doesn't seem to be a term used very often these days, with a preference for vintage or classic cars.
