During events in Prescott it isn't uncommon to see well dressed Victorian ladies walking about.

    I guess a sun hat and umbrella for women would be like a man wearing a belt and suspenders.

    Oh how I love parasols. There's something so "pretty" and attractive about them. I bought an ENORMOUS RAINBOW colored umbrella while in SC to protect us from their deluge of rain during the winter season. Was fun to carry around, too.
