Sculpture Starburst

I have posted pictures of this sculpture at Prescott Valley Town Hall before which you can see here,
  but I liked the way the sun was reflecting off of it this day and I liked the way the sky looked behind it.

    I don't think I have seen a star burst off a sculpture before.

    It's a powerful sculpture. I've seen pictures from the 19th century of this kind of ceremony.
