What a view! Can you choose the cabbage you want? Quite a choice. I am pretty sure there are plenty more vegetables are waiting right next to this field.
My hubby was brought up with Kale Being Dutch and a Dutch Mom with Nine kids. I loved how his mom used to make Kale supper. Potatoes and a large Dutch sausage with gravy. Yummy. Mix all together. And his dad would spread some of it on bread with loads of gravy. to die for.
I learned to make it. My kids loved it and still do to this day.
