Looks like a bandstand, is the courthouse behind it?
There is always something happening on this plazza except at the time you went to take this picture of course.
It's a beauty.
Is it a bandstand? Or a gazebo? Or does that depend on one's culture. I would have called it a bandstand until I became a hoity-toity snob in college and also starred in a college play called, of course, "The Gazebo". (Thank you, Glenn Ford.)
