Muleshoe

This is the Animal Clinic where we found the elephants in my post from yesterday. I use the plural because there is a baby elephant that was hiding behind the mother.

Elephant Crossing

An unexpected sign in our area.

You wouldn't expect to see an elephant by the Peeples Valley Veterinarian office.
Peeples Valley is just a few miles from Kirkland Junction. It was named for A.H. Peeples, who was the leader of the group that discovered Rich Hill, a gold deposit near Weaver, Arizona, in 1863.

Wagon Train

While on a road trip we came across a little parade in a small town so we stopped to watch. I was happy to get to see this team of beautiful Belgian draft horses pulling these wonderful old wagons.

Clouds

I took this out the car window because I thought that dark cloud in front of the white fluffy ones looked strange.

Quiet Moments

A fisherman has a quiet moment under the changing leaves at Fain Park in Prescott Valley.
