This looks like an antique. Wonderful scroll work and someone takes good care of it by the looks of the wooden bench.
That's a pretty fancy bench for such a rough and tumble spot.
It fits in perfectly with the worn down wall and sidewalk. I think the bench could look especially good with new wood slats!
