This post is not about the Prescott area, although the bottom left picture was taken in Jerome many years ago. As some of you know, my father passed away quietly at his home in southern Missouri three weeks ago. My sisters and I made the long journey to our home town in western Illinois, along with my husband and two sons and their wives and one grandson and good friends, to lay him to rest beside our mother. So this post is just a small tribute to his life.

My heartfelt condolences to you and your family, Judy. What a great collage - nice to know you have such a wonderful collection of photos to remember him by.
Judy, this is just beautiful and touches me deeply! Thanks for doing this.
What a lovely tribute to your father. My best wishes for you and your family.
It is so hard to lose a parent! I don't think one ever gets over it entirely. There isn't a day goes by that I don't think of my dad and wish I could talk with him again.
You have put together a beautiful memorial to your father and I'm sure he would be most pleased for it shows clearly your love and how you carry his memory in your heart.
May that memory bring you a sense of peace and even joy in the days ahead!
I agree with Jacob's sentiments completely. I met your father and he was a very nice man. We had dinner at a restaurant with Sharon, my parents, and Julie and her mother. Your tribute is excellent and very fitting.
This is a great tribute. Very well done and it brings small tears to my eyes. Such great choices for photos. Our thoughts are with you and your sisters and family and friends.
