Prescott Valley

The bottom shot is a Prescott Valley neighborhood I photographed in 1980. That is my youngest son waiting for the school bus and our house in the background.
The top picture I took from a helicopter and it shows how the same neighborhood looks now. The town and the son have both grown.

Jerome Town Hall

This building in Jerome houses the police station and town hall. It used to also house the fire station untill the new one was built. Last time I looked there was an antique firetruck inside that big door.

The Tilton Building

The Knights of Pythias Building was built in 1893 and was the tallest structure in town at that time. Also known as the Tilton Building, this is one of the oldest buildings in Prescott. It has just been given a face lift and houses a gallery on the ground floor.

Antique Bike

This interesting bike was in the fourth of July parade. I liked the way the pretty girl's hat made a lacy shadow on her face.

Kirkland

South of Skull Valley in Kirkland is the Kirkland Bar, Steakhouse and Hotel. This old building was a popular place to go dancing from the 1940's to the 1970's. It's for sale now but still open for business.
