I think this means that you should watch out for crocodiles.
I think someone has a twisted sense of humor! I immediately thought about the wetness factor also.
I think Dave is on to something. I'd be keeping my little dogs safe when I pass by here.
It means they used to live in Florida and learned the hard way not to let their pets play by the water with gators in the area! :-) Very interesting piece of art.
