I was in Prescott for lunch today and as I was heading back out of town I was alongside a guy in a beautiful old orange Karmann Ghia. I rolled down the window and as we came alongside, said "Nice car, man." He gave me a smile and a thumbs-up.
What a find. I never really cared for these 'cause I hadn't had much luck with VWs, and I was told they tipped over too easily. But I'd love to get my hands on one now! If this hasn't been restored, it's certainly been well taken care of.
