Rock Solid

This large rock house caught my eye. It's on the outskirts of Prescott Valley.

I've seen stone cottages but never a rock house. It is most unusual; I wonder how long it takes to build a structure like that?

Is this different. Must show my hubby as he was a Stone Mason but I dont think he ever did a whole house like this to build.

This would be solid defense against brush fires.

Solid house, solid fence - it will all last a long time. I also think that rock is very beautiful!

Wow, it's a really nice house. Looks like something you would see in Europe.

That's quite an elaborate iron gate too!

Very Italian, European, stone keeps coolness inside in the summer and warmth in winter. Roof tiling is so recognizable, too.

I can conjure up many fine Italian meals inside those walls and imagine many a bottle of fine red wine being consumed as well.
