The cows are cute. Not sure I've seen those colors before, though. :)
I'd be interested to know how you like this place when it gets up and running. We've got some similar stores but have found that they get their stuff from the same places the supermarkets do and their products are not much, in any, better than the big stores.

It looks like animals and vehicles have decided to move to the second floor in Prescott!
I agree with the benefits of locally sourced produce and there is a significant trend in restaurants featuring food from local sources.
It does look appealing to shop in. As a cheese lover I would appreciate such a store.
