Volkswagen Invasion
The Volkswagen club stopped in Prescott Valley on their way to Jerome for the weekend. There were all types, some old, some not so old. My favorite was a rare one that I've never seen before. I will show it tomorrow.

When they first appeared in in North America VW really shook up the Detroit car manufactures.

I owned a '63 Beetle. It was OK, but we lived in Chicago and it had no heater!
Jerome seems to be a popular place for car aficionados to congregate. I remember Porsche races.

We had a Volkswagen Beetle when I first was married. Easy to park. Did not know there was a club.
