Theme Day...Photo Of The Year

I picked this photo for two reasons.
1. I love these Tiger swallowtails
2. I was too busy to go through all of the years photos.

Here is an extra picture for today. Yes, we have snow.

That butterfly photo is perfect! You do have snow and quite a lot of it. Guess what, we had snow last night. David and I were at Julie and Dave's new house high up on Camelback Mountain and when we left, it was snowing up there. By the time we got to my house, it was just rain but a few feet higher and it was snow.

I too love swallowtails and this one is a beautiful specimen. Did you also have snow for Christmas? Today we have rain - and lots of it! Up to five inches is a possibility. Happy New Year. My resolution was to get back to blogging. I think it's one I may actually be able to keep!

That is one heck of a butterfly picture! Looks like you got your share of the snow that's been falling all over the west - even some in Pasadena, California!

Happy New Year to you and your family, Judy!

Thank goodness warmer weather is on the way. The latest forecast has the mercury steadily rising, with the high by Wednesday reaching 63!

These butterflies are magical! I can't believe you have snow and we have none here in Toronto. ;-)

I hear ya. I picked a recent photo for my Paris blog because I couldn't remember one and just didn't have the time to go back through a year!

Have a happy and healthy 2015!
