Road Block
While traveling in Northern Arizona across the Hualapai Tribal land on the road to the Havasupai Tribal land, we encountered a road block, with police cars and police dogs and policemen, one of which was our oldest son.
That must have been a relief to find your son out there. I mean, roadblocks can be scary. Hopefully, everything ended well. Nice-looking man...hope he had a great birthday celebration!
You must be so proud of your son - an everyday hero! My hubby just retired last year after 31 yrs. on the police force up here :-) - Also thanks for stopping by my blog and sharing the name of your sweet new puppy. We'll look forward to some photo updates once in a while!

I hope the birthday boy didn't fine you for anything, because that would probably have meant no cake!
This guy (your son?) looks like he means business!
Was the road block looking for you?
Happy Birthday Roger!!
Yes, what was the road block about?
Nice encounter!
What a fine looking man he is too! You must be very proud of him. Happy Birthday, Roger, and thank you for everything you do!
Happy Birthday, Roger!
@Steffe: Very funny! :-)
Serious man. Happy birthday, Roger!

Catalyst, they were looking for DUI and drugs. The dog is a drug sniffing dog.
