Old Wagon

This wagon is at the Hubbell Trading Post in Northern Arizona. I guess you could say this is an early RV. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it must have been to cross the county in one of these.

I agree. Can't imagine riding for a couple of thousand miles in one of these. I understand the wheels broke often, too. This one is well-preserved.

Me too, I just can't imagine it. Sometimes the car seat feels uncomfortable to me on a long drive so riding in this seems impossible.

Yes, and people were moving their entire families and lives in one of these...often giving birth and suffering sickness and death along the way. That was pioneering spirit!
