The Desert View Watchtower built in 1932, also known as the Indian Watchtower was designed by American architect Mary Colter; Visitors can climb to the top floor of the 70 foot high rock tower and gaze out the windows that circle the room at the splendor of the Grand Canyon landscape.

This is such a beautiful shot! I've always admired that tower.
Spectacular scenery. The tower reminds me of one of my favorite childhood fairy tales: Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair!
