Driving To Alaska....Seward

Continuing our trip to Alaska...We spent Memorial Day weekend camping on the beach in Seward, Alaska watching boats of all kinds and sizes sailing by.

The Coast Guard came by.

Pretty little sailboats quietly floated past us.

Then we saw these young girls having a fast dip in the freezing water. They didn't stay in very long.

Had to smile to observe the various activities of the two age groups: the wily photographers and the frolicking girls! Good variety of boats, too!

Watching traffic on roads is annoying. Watching traffic on the water is delightful and soothing.

The first and third shots would make great postcards - esp. the first! Fantastic photography and a beautiful place. You gotta be young to take a dip in those waters! Crazy helps, too!

I love that shot of the cruise ship! There was certainly a lot of water activity for you to see on this stop.
