Nice capture. I don't know why but I think every city has a flatiron building or at least something very similar.
It has been a long time since I have noticed a building with a television antenna on the roof.

Great old building. I do believe I remember that from years ago. Hard to believe how Jerome has grown and changed over those years!
We have a few of these in St. Paul, MN, too; each on a little different than the others, which make for interesting photos. Nice shot!!
I think it's been painted since the last time I was there.
