Oh my, I think they need a new set of drapes.
Looks like there's a sign in the window. Can't say much for their decorating style, though! :-)
And a new window by the look of that cardboard.
I like this picture very very much! But can't really define the why of it: probably the diversity in the quite straight forward architecture.
