Homes On The Golf Course

I wonder how many broken windows they have to fix.
That is Granite Mountain in the background.

It does make you wonder. I do like that deck on the side of the house and the mountain in the background.

It's scenic but I think you'd really have to be a big fan of golf to live there.

It all depends on how the house is related to the golf course. Houses just off to the right of a tee box are most vulnerable as most amateur golfers hit a slice (ball curves from left to right).

I've always thought if you buy a house on a golf course, you should be sure to have insurance for your windows because inevitably, at some point, you will find a golf ball in your living room! :-)

With my luck if I lived there golf balls would always be coming through my windows.

:-)
Probably a lot of nests on the windows!

I guess there must be a price to pay for this lovely home in this particular location.
