Curious Colt

This young fellow was interested in everything going on around him.
There were no other young ones to play with so he was making his own fun.

Youngsters of all kinds and breeds know how to learn by playing. Beautiful little thing!!

With this many adults around, the youngster will be extensively supervised.

Oh, what a cutie! We often stop by the BLM corrals in Ridgecrest to view the mustangs. We take bags of carrots to feed them. I love the young ones...they are so curious!

A colt's gotta do what a colt's gotta do. Animals are good at making up games for themselves. Out two kittens do this all the time, especially when they're bored with us!

Cute photo!

Interesting article in today's New York Times about the wild horses of the West and what to do about them.

Relying on oneself is safe :-)
Anyway with such supervision, nothing can go wrong.
