Lowla

A neighbors car. He calls her Lowla, for obvious reasons.
He says, whatever Lowla wants, Lowla gets.

She is a beauty!

All Dressed Up

I would love to take a ride in this one.

I saw it in a parking lot which didn't do it justice
so I moved it to a landscape that I had in my archives.

Hackberry General Store

I have shown this place before but this time when we went by I saw the honey of a Corvette parked there and had to get a quick snapshot as we drove by.

The Flying Red Horse

These signs are now very collectible and considered art. I remember when they indicated a place to fill up your car with gasoline.

Dusty II

This wonderful old antique horse cycle was at The Mill Restaurant in Crown King. I have never seen one like this before. What a lucky child to have had this to play with. It just needs a little dusting.

Prescott #1

I couldn't resist getting a picture of this old, nicely restored fire engine.

Tobacco Salesman

This is Bill Woods, a tobacco salesman who came to the store owned by my husbands grandparents.
This picture was taken outside the store in 1923.
The sign says "I'd walk a mile for a Camel".
