I would choose the one in color mostly because of the ghost signs. I hope this place will stay like this as long as possible.

The top one looks like photos my dad and mom took on their trips! Love the sepia! And that's a very cool place...even has an outside urinal!

The sepia photo looks like a postcard from the '40s. So what does Dave think that is on the post? Lowell calls it an outside urinal. We called them an outhouse. I actually remember when one set of my grandparents had one before my grandpa enclosed the back porch and built a modern bathroom! Even a few days ago when we had a couple inches of snow my mom mentioned something about who are we to gripe and complain about a little cold weather when all she ever knew prior to getting married was an outhouse!
