Driving To Alaska...The Long Road Ahead

Several years ago my hubby and I set out on a road trip to Alaska. I decided to break the rules and  post some pictures of the trip on the weekends. I will start out after we crossed the international border and into beautiful British Columbia. All these pictures were taken with a 35mm SLR camera and scanned.

Historic Hotel

We found this great historic hotel on our trip last August. It sits on the banks of the Missouri River. The window I posted yesterday is the one on the ground floor on the left.

I wish they were open.

 I met these two horses in North East Washington. They were happy to pose for pictures and even came trotting over to the fence to say hello. I love it when that happens!
