Driving To Alaska...Bad Road

Continuing the Alaska Road Trip, many miles of the Alaska Highway looked like this, or worse. But as we drove slowly along we caught glimpses of deer, elk, bears, moose and  a wolf along the tree line. None of which I was fast enough to get a good picture of.

This is the welcoming sign that let us know we had crossed into Canada's Yukon. "The Magic And The Mystery"  indeed!

Unlike Andy, you now have me not interested in taking this trip! I think I'm too old. That road looks too intimidating. But it would be fun to see all those animals from inside a closed car! :)

Love that Yukon sign!

I like the green hills on the sign and the way they pop out. A rather beautiful sign.

I hope there are not collisions between vehicles and the animals when the road is finished and the speeds increase.

I can't remember if you took the mobile home up here or the fifth wheel. Whichever, this road had to be a little rough on it.
