I was able to get closer to the sculpture the day after the memorial service.
There were still a few people coming to take pictures and talk to the firefighters who were there helping with taking down and cleaning up after the service.
I have heard that the sculpture will be relocated to fire station 7 in Prescott.
This group of firefighters from Flagstaff were busy cleaning around
the outside of the building but stopped long enough to pose for a picture.

Moving pictures!
That's a wonderful piece of artwork. I'm glad it will be a permanent fixture in your community.
The statue is very special and so are these firefighters, and so are you or they wouldn't have stopped to pose for your picture. It's a really nice portrait.
These memorial statues are not just decorations; they're meaningful as recognition for those brave public service people who put their lives in danger for the common good.
Very fitting.
I love that the statue will become a permanent part of Prescott. These are really great photos.
I believe I heard that the statue came from Idaho. Nice gift.
So wonderful.
So wonderful takes.
